PL Marketing Service is run by James Malel in Nairobi, Kenya. This page explains how we handle the personal details you share with us through plmarketingservice.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms. When you ask for a free audit, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website (if you give one) and your answers to the form’s questions. When you join our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Payments. If you pay for a plan, Paystack handles the payment. We never see or store your card or M‑Pesa details. Paystack sends us a confirmation so we know you’ve paid.
- Ad measurement on our free audit page. The free audit page we advertise on Facebook and Instagram uses the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta when someone visits that page and when they send the form, so we can see which ads work. The rest of the website doesn’t use it.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. Our fonts load from Google Fonts.
Why we collect it
- To record and send you the free audit you asked for, and to reply to your messages.
- To work with you if you become a client, and to send you your weekly updates.
- To send you our newsletter, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which of our ads bring in enquiries.
We don’t sell your details, and we don’t share them with anyone except the services listed on this page, which help us run the website.
Who helps us
- Web3Forms delivers our website forms to our email inbox.
- Paystack processes payments.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures our ads, through the Meta Pixel on our free audit page.
- Vercel hosts the website and Google Fonts provides our fonts.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them: to answer your enquiry, to work with you, and to keep the records the law asks us to keep. If you’d like your details deleted sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask us to show you the personal details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. You can also object to us using them, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
